2+ years relevant experience in agency performance analytics, digital strategy or SMM role, Proven writing in-depth, actionable insights based on data, Translating insights into actionable recommendations for brands, creative and strategy teams, Experience reporting on following channels Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitter, High attention to detail, Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Nice to Have

CPG experience desired but not required, Preferred hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, paid social business manager accounts & Google Ad accounts, Preferred exposure to all facets of the digital marketing space: CRM, SEO, SEM, programmatic, social, mobile, video
