Must Have
Deeply obsessed with social media and internet culture, Comfortable filming on iPhone, cameras, or both, Intermediate editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred), Adobe Lightroom, Figma, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools, Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and emerging content trends, Highly organized, proactive, and fast-moving, Comfortable being in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly, Someone who says “I can figure it out” instead of “I’ve never done that before”
Nice to Have
Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social for content scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking is a plus, Have your own TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or creative portfolio, Love sports, entertainment, tech, fashion, or internet culture, Have experience creating viral or high-performing content, Understand how storytelling differs platform-to-platform
