Must Have
4+ years of proven experience in social media management and strategy, Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Reddit and TikTok, Ability to communicate fluently in both Czech and English, Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, Creative thinking combined with organizational abilities, Ability to manage discussions effectively and respond to user feedback constructively

WHAT WILL BE YOUR AGENDA? - Social Media Content Creation & Implementation: You will help define what content we create, why, and for whom. You will help guide the content creation process and collaborate on bringing engaging campaigns to life. - Platform-Specific Content: Collaborating on tailored content across our key platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, FB, Reddit, and Discord, ensuring the right message fits the right audience. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Executing A/B testing and data analysis. You will use these insights to suggest actionable improvements and help shape our formats, tone, and channel priorities. - Community Management Oversight: Providing high-level guidance and collaborating with colleagues who are responsible for the daily community management. - Trend Spotting: identifying viral moments and responding to current events in the trading and market space. - Team Collaboration & Tools: Daily communication with the creative and content teams; tools used include Asana, Meta Business Suite, Elastic Email, HubSpot, Figma, Gemini, and YouTube Studio.
