Must Have
3-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications, understanding of social platforms and content best practices, Excellent writing and communication skills, Social content creation skills, A creative mindset and attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
agency experience is a plus, Familiarity with social media tools (e. g. , Sprout, Hootsuite, Meltwater) is an asset

Support the development and execution of social media strategies across client accounts
Create and publish engaging content across social platforms
such as Instagram and TikTok
Manage day-to-day community engagement
including monitoring comments and responding in a timely and on-brand manner
Conduct social listening and support reporting
helping identify insights and opportunities
Stay up to date on digital trends
