What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or brand marketing roles, experience editing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, Portfolio showcasing social media content, creative work, and marketing projects is required
Nice to Have
Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, footwear, wellness, or consumer brands is preferred, Experience working with UGC creators, influencer gifting, creator partnerships, or social campaigns is strongly preferred

LOCATION Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM PST ROLE OVERVIEW The Social Media & Marketing Specialist will create, edit, and manage engaging social media and marketing content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This role is heavily focused on content execution, creative storytelling, organization, and maintaining a polished and consistent brand presence across digital channels. In addition to social media management and short-form content creation, this role will support broader marketing initiatives including campaign coordination, influencer gifting, creator partnerships, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing operations.
