Support lead generation initiatives through Meta platforms
Manage and follow up on leads generated through social campaigns
Contact potential NDIS participants and support workers
Maintain professional communication and relationship management
Track lead progress and update systems accordingly
Manage back-office administrative tasks
Update and maintain CRM systems and participant records
Organise and manage digital documents and files
Support day-to-day operational coordination
Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
Maintain clean and organized lead and client records
Support workflow and process improvements where required

The business is committed to building strong community relationships, supporting participants with compassion, and growing its presence through effective marketing and operational support. ### Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Social Media & Virtual Assistant Coordinator to support both marketing and administrative operations across the business.
