Must Have

2+ years of professional social media management experience, Experience managing multiple social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and/or YouTube, Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot, writing, editing, and content creation skills, Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, understanding of engagement metrics, audience growth, and content optimization
