Manage and grow online communities through timely

authentic engagements and the development of moderation guidelines

Manage the UGC program by collaborating with partners to gain content rights and overseeing curation initiatives

The Social Media Manager is responsible for supporting the strategy development, planning, and execution for our automotive clients, focusing on increasing brand awareness, improving social marketing efforts. Key activities such as content calendar planning, collaborating on creative production ideation, content delivery support, and results reporting. Responsibilities: Social Media Planning Platform Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms to manage live and active social calendars in partnership with the Strategy and Community Management teams. Calendar Ownership: Own the development of content calendars and manage the distribution flow according to client brand pillars and brandbooks. Workflow Management: Act as the liaison between internal and client teams to manage appropriate content approval workflows.
