This Social Media Manager role is a highly visible opportunity to own and evolve Micron’s global social presence. You will set the strategy, guide execution, and direct a team that brings sophisticated, technical stories to life in compelling, platform-native ways. This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership and close teamwork across regions, functions, and creative partners. **Responsibilities:** * Own and execute Micron’s global social media strategy aligned to brand, campaigns, and business priorities * Lead content planning, publishing, governance, and optimization across all social platforms * Partner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, including APAC, to align global and in-market priorities * Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team while coordinating agency and creative partners * Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize strategy using data and platform insights **Minimum Qualifications:** * 6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or coordinated marketing communications * Experience developing and executing social strategy in a B2B or technology environment * Strong ability to translate technical or product-focused content into clear, engaging social storytelling * Experience managing content calendars and multi-platform publishing workflows * Hands-on experience
