Must Have
at least five years of B2B social media experience, understanding of social media best practices, BAS Degree in Journalism, Communications or Marketing or related degree
Nice to Have
2+ Years experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva software, B2B public relations and social media experience related to technology products, IT, software or related industry strongly preferred
What You'll Do.
Own and drive the global social media strategy
aligning it with business goals and brand reputation
Act as a subject matter expert on social trends
Mentor junior team members and uphold standards for content quality and performance
Lead content planning
including editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives
Oversee end-to-end content execution (copy
optimization) across platforms
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social channels
Partner cross-functionally to support launches
and executive communications
Manage analytics and reporting
using performance insights to continuously optimize strategy
collaborating and executing on social media marketing strategies
video and image creation to support specific initiatives
