**Job Description:** **Client Servicing & Account Handling** * **Strategic Support:** Partner with the Account Director to ensure social media efforts align with the broader brand strategy and client business goals. * **Client Leadership:** Attend client meetings as the lead voice for Social Media, providing expert recommendations and managing expectations. * **Proposal Development:** Support account growth by contributing to proposals, upsells, and strategic social recommendations. * **Team Mentorship:** Manage Social Media Executives, monitoring their workload, quality of output, and professional development. **Strategy & Content Execution** * **Social Roadmap:** Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies, including content pillars, community management protocols, and platform playbooks. * **End-to-End Content Creation:** Directly draft, edit, and publish high-quality daily social media posts across all relevant platforms. * **Bilingual Copywriting:** Write punchy, persuasive copy in both English and Arabic, ensuring the tone of voice is perfectly tailored to the target audience with the correct Gulf cultural nuances and local terminology. * **Visual Storytelling:** Use mobile editing tools and design apps (e.g. CapCut, Canva, or in-app editors) to create social-first content for real-time engagement and trending moments. * **Platform Optimisation:** Manually handle scheduling and technical uploading of content, ensuring every post is optimised with the right tags, locations, and trending audio for maximum reach across the MENA region. * **Quality Control:** Take personal ownership of the final output, proofreading all copy to ensure zero errors before publishing. * **Creative Collaboration:** Work closely with design and video teams to ensure visual assets are optimised for social-first consumption. * **Community Growth:** Proactively suggest new features, promotions, and competitions to build brand awareness and foster community loyalty. **Monit
