socially fluent, strategically minded, deeply tapped into social media and understand why certain content performs—not just what's trending, can bridge organic social thinking and paid creative strategy—you know what hooks attention and how to build a brief around it, instincts for short-form ad copy and UGC-style creative, organized and can manage multiple concepts and briefs without losing track, clear communicator who can articulate a creative idea concisely, resourceful, self-motivated, and thrive in a test-and-learn environment, familiarity with or curiosity about paid social advertising — you think in hooks, offers, and CTAs, understand the difference between content that performs organically and content that converts as a paid ad

Nice to Have

Grown your own social media account—you understand what it takes to build an audience, not just make content, Experience with or exposure to paid social ads (Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube ads), Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, etc. ) for creative ideation, Experience with Figma for editing static ad assets, Knowledge of paid social performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate)

What You'll Do.

Support creative concepting for paid social and CTV across Earnings

and Credit Building verticals

Assist in preparing creative briefs for production cycles

Contribute script ideas and creative angles for UGC-style video and CTV ads

Work with our design team to edit and update static ad assets in Figma as needed

Monitor social media trends across TikTok

and YouTube—identifying what's performing and translating it into actionable paid creative insights

Conduct competitive research and surface creative references to inform ad direction

Support creative QA during video review (via Frame. io) and flag revisions

Move quickly and adapt concepts based on real-time performance feedback

This role is focused on creative concepting and strategy for paid social and CTV—helping develop ideas that drive performance across our fintech and travel verticals. You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to concept and brief paid ad creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV. You don't just consume social media—you understand why things work.
