What You’ll Do : Content Creation & Execution * Produce engaging content (videos, photos, stories, UGC, BTS). * Write bilingual captions that inspire and reflect the brand’s personality. * Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms. * Develop creative concepts rooted in social trends, fashion culture, and brand strategy. Community & On‑the‑Ground Activation * Engage with our community: respond, interact, and humanize the brand. * Capture authentic content during photoshoots, events, and in‑store visits. * Identify and amplify high‑quality UGC. Acquisition, Amplification & Growth * Develop initiatives to grow the community organically. * Optimize content for discoverability (social SEO, trends, formats). * Identify opportunities for amplification: creators, micro‑influencers, partnerships, boosted content. * Test new formats and tactics to increase reach and engagement. Analytics & Optimization * Track key industry KPIs: reach, impres
