Must Have
3-5+ years of experience managing social media for a high-growth brand or creative agency, Portfolio or reel demonstrating ability to create engaging short-form video and high-performing social campaigns, Expert-level knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms, Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot), Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Rush, After Effects, Photoshop), Ability to move at the speed of social, prioritizing breaking trends and high-priority brand moments in real-time, Familiarity with using AI to enhance creative brainstorming and streamline content production tasks, Exceptional verbal and written communication, Comfortable being 'on-camera' or directing others during content shoots
