This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.   Our client is a digital marketing agency focused on helping brands authentically connect with LGBTQ communities through thoughtful, culturally aware content and social media campaigns. They partner with companies built for and by the community, creating meaningful storytelling and engagement strategies that prioritize authenticity, nuance, and cultural alignment across digital platforms. LOCATION Fully remote | 30 hours per week ROLE OVERVIEW The Social Media Content Manager will support the planning, creation, and management of social media and written marketing content across multiple client accounts. This role will focus on developing content strategies, writing engaging social and long-form content, and managing day-to-day content execution while ensuring messaging remains authentic and culturally aligned with LGBTQ audiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & PLANNING - Assist with content strategy and content planning across multiple brands and platforms. - Help manage social media calendars and campaign execution. - Support brand messaging and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
