Grow and manage our organic social presence; Drive community growth and engagement; A consistent, organized social calendar is live; Daily community engagement that reflects brand tone and responsiveness; Reporting dashboards established and used for decision‑making; Actionable insights and opportunities shared regularly with teams; Noticeable improvements in engagement, reach, follower growth, and content consistency

Translate campaign, product, and business priorities into clear content plans; Identify content gaps and recommend new opportunities; Translate insights into action
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years in social media, content, community, or digital marketing, Proven experience managing social calendars and multi-platform workflows, Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, Deep knowledge of platform best practices, trends, and audience behavior across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and community platforms like Reddit, Experience with social media management platforms (e. g. , Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to manage scheduling, community engagement, and reporting across channels, Skilled in social analytics and performance able to translate insights into action, Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, Brings on-camera confidence and comfortable appearing in social content, Uses data and trends to inform creative decisions and business priorities
Nice to Have
Advanced experience with social analytics and trend analysis in an e-commerce environment, Expertise in content production and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.), Proven track record with UGC and creator strategy, from sourcing to partnership management, Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike or similar

Build and maintain StickerYou's organic social publishing calendar across key platforms including TikTok
and business priorities into clear content plans and executional timelines
and publish social content (short-form video and still) from concept to execution
Monitor social channels daily — including Reddit and other community platforms — and respond to comments
and follower interactions
Track trending topics
and emerging social conversations
Build and maintain social reporting dashboards that track channel and content performance
Prepare regular performance updates with clear insights
Support testing across content formats
and campaign messaging
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working cross-functionally to turn business priorities into content that connects; Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and production; Flag relevant opportunities, content gaps, community insights, and potential risks to the broader marketing team; Share actionable insights and opportunities regularly with teams
Communication Scope
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Process & Methodology
Managing social calendars, Managing multi-platform workflows, Translating priorities into content plans and executional timelines, Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike or similar
