Must Have
Social sciences and related disciplines focused on gender issues and public policy, Experience in drafting documents and working on gender-related issues, especially involving policies and/or conducting workshops on the subject
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in international business, MBA or MA in economics, social sciences, or a related field

You will take on the meaningful task of crafting a detailed gender policy that truly resonates with their distinct mission and vision. This exciting role involves carefully adapting the existing gender policy from our headquarters to suit the local culture, values, and specific needs of Fundacion SVX Colombia. Your valuable input will ensure that the organization’s dedication to gender equity is clearly expressed and seamlessly woven into their daily operations, helping to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Cuso International's SHARE program partners globally to enhance economic resilience for marginalized groups. In Year 7, it will provide volunteer-led technical assistance to organizations in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, focusing on entrepreneurship, employability, TVET systems, and market-oriented skills.
