Role: Social Creator Lead Location: London, United Kingdom About the role: This is a senior creative role at the heart of the client's office, accountable for the quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of all studio output. You'll lead a team of Content Creators, set craft standards, and build scalable content systems that enable high-quality work to travel across markets without losing platform relevance or cultural accuracy. The role sits at the intersection of creative execution and leadership. You'll create content directly, mentor the team, and work cross-functionally with Strategy, Social, and Data to ensure output reflects performance learnings and commercial objectives. Success here looks like a team delivering consistently strong, high-performing content at pace — with visible improvement over time.
