Where and how you can work This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract - working full-time hours per week. Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. This is a fully remote role based in the US - Los Angeles is strongly preferred so you can overlap with our Sydney-based team during key creative touch points. You'll be set up to produce content independently from home, and Canva provides all the gear you need to do your best work. We offer flexibility in how and where you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals. What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. This isn't a traditional videographer role. Think less "receives a brief, shoots, delivers back" and more creative collaborator who also happens to be great with a camera (or a phone). You'll be embedded in Canva's organic social team - the people behind @Canva on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn - helping to build Canva's presence in the US at the speed of culture.
