What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience managing technical resources, Experience working in a SOC, Managerial role experience, Team leadership experience, Reliable regular reporting, SOC experience (or equivalent), Senior managerial experience, Establishing procedures, Developing efficient processes, Current cyber threats and challenges, Report writing, Presentations to senior management, Security cleared (or able to gain clearance)
Nice to Have
Managing teams across different time zones, Trend ASRM, SIEM Operations, Anti-Virus and malware protection, Web Application Firewall technologies, Palo Alto Prisma
What You'll Do.
Establish and manage Security Operations Centre
Oversee team performance
Establish working practices
Identify process gaps
Create new procedures
Manage team deliverables
Provide weekly reports
Report on business risk
Report on critical measures
Report on current threats
Report on cyber activity
Act as part of Major Incident team
Act as part of Crisis team
Develop business risk posture
Improve business risk posture
Coordinate cyber testing
Participate in cyber testing
Facilitate collaboration
Focus on delivery of new security capabilities
Ensure security enforcement
Support investigations
