Working with project managers across the enterprise and within the PMO, the PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing and executing planning, monitoring and reporting activities for a portfolio of Data Management initiatives. Major Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an integrated enterprise project plan for all data management projects throughout the enterprise Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for data management projects, including ongoing review and monitoring of active projects, identifying variances to plan (scope, schedule or cost) and ensuring consistency in reporting standards Develop, report and modify capital and operating project projections Oversee change control process for the project portfolio Review and monitor vendor contracts to ensure clearly defined deliverables, accountabilities are articulated and adhered to Make recommendations to management to help identify methods, procedures and technologies that enhance project processes.
