Manage customer interface and communication, Manage customer deliverables, Tactical, day-to-day customer-facing leadership, project planning, timelines, deliverables, defining project/scope management, quality management, project financial management, Formulates operational budgetary assumptions, takes decisions to steer the creation of the budget, fulfil required customization of text and data, Acts autonomously as the Safety Subject Matter Expert (SME), single point of contact for Governance, Executives and Integrated Partners, defends the strategy and pricing, Provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing collateral, operational support to deliver key customer messages, working cross-functionally, across the opportunity lifecycle, integrating lifecycle safety core message delivery, customer facing material, presentations, meetings, Provide support for customer service interface, scoping stage, proposal generation, bid defence, transition of work and service, development and commercial lifecycle of the product, Manage finances for assigned projects, Work closely with senior team member to update financial systems, revenue recognition, invoicing, project budget review, project financial analysis, pursuit of change orders, Develop specialist expertise, act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), departmental or local initiatives, Support start-up of new small to medium projects, standard operating procedures, best practices, identifying potential risks during project initiation, implementing mitigation measures, ensure seamless delivery at maintenance stage, Attend meetings with internal (IQVIA cross functional project team members), external (Customers and/or oversight group members) stakeholders, Provide project status, define project planning/strategy, Work with Sales and Proposals, ensure rapid, seamless, tailored responses to opportunities, Drive business growth, improving customer loyalty, enhanced customer relations, service delivery excellence, excellent customer communication, Participate in sales activities, sales presentations (capabilities, bid defenses), proposal development (strategy, costs and text), Contributes during client and internal audits and inspections, Liaise with Quality Assurance staff and management, compilation of Corrective Action Plans
