Must Have
3-5 years working experience in the food R&D field, ownership, accountability, and reliability in managing regulated facilities and ensuring operational continuity and compliance, Proactive and solution-oriented, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and mentorship-focused mindset
What You'll Do.
operate and ensure business continuity of NYP’s SFA‑licensed Beverage Pilot Plant
Ensure full compliance with SFA regulatory requirements
Act as a key responsible personnel for SFA‑related matters
Lead and execute fee‑based industry projects
Engage and collaborate with industry partners
and guide Final Year Project (FYP) students
Translate industry and research needs into academically rigorous and operationally feasible FYP project scopes
Oversee safe work practices
and compliance with NYP WSH
and food safety requirements
Support documentation
and continual improvement of operational SOPs
and pilot plant workflows
