What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, 10+ years of progressive HR experience, at least 5 years as an Human Resources Business Partner, Experience supporting manufacturing or high-tech environments, knowledge of employment law and employee relations, Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex situations

Nice to Have

Master’s degree or equivalent experience, HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent), Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing operations

Advise leaders on organizational design

Use workforce analytics

Lead talent review processes

Coach leaders on performance management

Manage complex employee relations issues

Ensure consistent application of policies

Support hourly and salaried populations

Partner with leaders on shift-based workforce challenges

Lead and support reorganizations

Drive employee engagement

Mentor and guide junior level HRBP

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with senior manufacturing, engineering, and operations leaders; Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams; Contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs
