What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Right to work in Singapore and willingness to work on-site at a manufacturing facility, Diploma, Higher Nitec or equivalent practical experience in biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences or a related field, At least 2 years practical experience in manufacturing, process or laboratory operations in a regulated or technical environment, Demonstrable ability to follow procedures, complete accurate documentation and work to quality standards, Awareness of safety, hygiene and environmental requirements and ability to apply them consistently, Good communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
Nice to Have
Experience with biologics or chemical manufacturing activities such as mediauffer prep, fermentation, purification, filtration or ultrafiltration, Experience participating in commissioning and qualification activities (e. g. , IQ/OQ/PQ), Familiarity with computerized production systems or electronic batch records, Practical troubleshooting skills for process or mechanical equipment, Experience developing or improving SOPs, checklists or training materials, Prior experience coaching or leading small teams and supporting knowledge transfer

Maintain accurate production and quality records and support timely batch handovers
Follow good manufacturing practice and safety rules
report deviations and support investigations and corrective actions
Coach colleagues and contribute to on-the-job training and knowledge transfer
Identify and suggest practical improvements to increase safety
