Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience), 2–5 years SMT process engineering experience, Knowledge of SMT equipment and IPC standards (IPC A 610, J STD 001), analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, Experience with equipment such as ASM, DEK/MPM, BTU/Heller/Kurtz Ersa, Koh Young, Nordson, Lean Six Sigma or IPC certification
