Shift 2nd: 3:00pm -11:15pm Mon-Fri w/10% Diff **What a typical day looks like:** * Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product. * Define, implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability. * Develop / Modify Machine programs (SPI, Reflow, AOI, Pick & Place) as required. * Drive yield, quality, and line performance improvements through structured problem solving. * Oversee NPI readiness: DFM, tooling, documentation, prototype support, and production ramp. * Ensure process control, standard work, SPC, and compliance with IPC A 610 and J STD 001. * Partner with Operations and Quality to improve KPIs (FPY, DPMO, OEE, scrap). * Support equipment strategy, upgrades, and implementation of automation or CI projects. * Direct customer and technical interaction with strong oral and written skills. * Implement statistical process research on new and existing products. * Implement safety, productivity and give in improvements. * Improve manufacturing techniques and through put. * Provide contin
