What You'll Do.

Oversee the team's balance sheet management process

ensuring quality and timeliness of account reconciliation and outage resolution.

Analyze suspense accounts using Cadency

ensuring accuracy and reproducibility of reconciliation processes.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent corrective action (PCA) for significant discrepancies.

Review and make decisions on high-risk and complex cases

escalating to executive levels as needed.

Identify opportunities for rule automation and process improvement through pattern analysis.

Lead the proposal of new rules to Global COE and In-Market Operations (Snow requests).

Manage the measurement and improvement of new rules.

Develop and execute a roadmap for process standardization

and continuous improvement (CI).

Drive collaboration with domestic and international stakeholders

Ensure accountability in financial control and audit responses (internal/external).

Ensure quality of monthly/quarterly sign-offs and critical reports.
