What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical etc., Good English listening, writing & speaking, At least 5 years or above working experience at SMT process, background in SMT process development, optimization and troubleshooting, Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, in-depth understanding of DFM/DFA principles, Proficiency in stencil design and reflow profiling for challenging thermal environments, data analysis skill using SPI, AOI and X-ray data to drive process decisions
Nice to Have
SMT machine experience is plus, hands-on experience with high power, high-reliability PCBAs is plus

Analyze and resolve all SMT related defects, providing detail feedback to team for DFM issues * Design and execute SMT process qualification and GRR study. Create SMT related documents such as control plan, PFMEA, SOP etc. * Troubleshooting and resolving abnormalities in the SMT production process * SMT yield and efficiency improvement. * Assist production for operator training. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical etc. * Good English listening, writing & speaking. * At least 5 years or above working experience at SMT process, SMT machine experience is plus. * Strong background in SMT process development, optimization and troubleshooting, hands-on experience with high power, high-reliability PCBAs is plus * Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 and in-depth understanding of DFM/DFA principles * Proficiency in stencil design and reflow profiling for challenging thermal environments * Strong data analysis skill using SPI, AOI and X-ray data to drive process
