What You'll Achieve.
Ensure food safety; Ensure the product is within the HACCP standard; Ensure the utmost safety of our product; Ensure the product meets the customer’s standards
Industry & Context.
Heavy lifting, Must be able to lift 70 lbs., Must be able to move 1,500 lbs. using the overhead rail system, Must be available to work the required schedule, Background checks may be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6 months of work experience with one employer in the last 24 months, Extensive knowledge of HACCP, Ability to communicate effectively, including reading and writing, Ability to lift 70 lbs., Ability to move 1,500 lbs. using the overhead rail system
What You'll Do.
Learn and understand cooking process
Complete HACCP training requirements
Record product temperature coming out of cooler
Follow all Tyson safety policies
Wear all Personal Protective Equipment
Ensure adequate documentation is retained
Maintain continuous communication with Smokehouse Lead
Move product entering and exiting smokehouse
Weigh product entering and exiting smokehouse
Record product entering and exiting smokehouse
Maintain adequate documentation of product temperatures
Follow USDA Regulations
Follow Tyson Processing HACCP
Follow Tyson Sanitation policies
Maintain a clean workstation
Maintain an organized workstation
Ensure product meets customer standards
