From deep market research and business strategy to performance-driven digital campaigns and bold creatives, the team manages the entire marketing lifecycle to help clients stay ahead in one of the world’s most competitive industries. Perfect for those who aim to: Manage brand accounts on main social media: Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp and others; Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals; Plan and publish platform-specific content that aligns with audience behavior and channel mechanics; Write native, engaging captions for posts, captions, and channel communications; Analyze performance using native tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio) and optimize accordingly; Use social media tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring; Generate creative ideas for content which follows brand voice and style guidelines; Build and nurture relationships with followers, monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions; Work with Meta Ads Manager to support paid campaigns when needed; Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations. Experience you’ll need to bring: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands; Proven experience in sports, esports, or iGaming; Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice; Deep understanding of each platform’s formats and best practices; Experience interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions; Comfortable working independently and managing several channels at once.
