Full Job Description
**_Job Family_ :** Software Development & Support ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Ability to Obtain Public Trust ** _What You Will Do_ :** * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise financial and lending systems, supporting mission-critical environments. * Provide technical leadership across application development, production support, and system integration efforts. * Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex production issues, including application, server, network, and security-related challenges. * Collaborate with system administrators to support infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and platform enhancements while minimizing operational impact. * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and services using technologies such as Java, SQL, JavaScript, and ColdFusion. * Develop and support API integrations using REST/SOAP services and enterprise tools. * Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and Agile teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Drive process improvements aligned with best practices and ensure compliance with development lifecycle and federal standards. * Support database design, development, and administration across multiple platforms. * Provide production support leadership, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability. * Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to developers, engineers, and support staff. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Minimum of Ten(10)+ years of experience in IT systems, software development, or enterprise applications. * Bachelor’s degree. Additional Four (4) years needed in lieu of degree.
