Must Have
3-5 years of professional, high-volume recruitment experience, Good English communication skills, Well-versed and highly adaptive to computer-based office administration systems & tools, Resourceful, Highly organized, High discipline & integrity, Proven track record of flawless execution of an administrative process, Following company standards and procedures
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, Experience preferably from a BPO or Shared Services company, Passionate about promoting employment opportunities and finding talents that fit share the objectives and values of the company, Love supporting colleagues in accomplishing their goals

Within the team, our SME - HR Operations performs a valuable role in ensuring compliance within our offer and onboarding processes. Our success is down to their diligence and attention to detail in the collation and storage of key onboarding documents and payroll information. ** _Accurate and timely inputs in HR systems and reports_ ** You will perform a primarily responsibility in ensuring that new hire information in our recruiting system are accurate and on time. This role will be at the forefront in monitoring the onboarding requirements status of applicants in accordance to the overall hiring targets.
