This role combines subject matter expertise with training responsibilities, ensuring that both internal teams and external stakeholders are equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate, maintain, and optimize physical security systems. The SME & Trainer will design training programs, deliver workshops, and provide technical guidance on system integration, compliance, and best practices. **_Key Responsibilities_** * **Subject Matter Expertise** : Act as the primary technical advisor for physical security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and IBMS integration. * **Training Program Development** : Design and deliver structured training modules for engineers, operators, and facility man
