To support this mission, we are looking for a Japanese language expert with an accounting background to join our Invoice to Pay (I2P) team. This role requires strong Japanese language proficiency to manage invoice processing, vendor communications, and financial document validation for Japanese operations. You will serve as the Japanese-language point of contact, ensuring accurate interpretation and processing of accounting documents in Japanese and English. Accountabilities: * Invoice & Payment Processing: Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and Travel & Expense claims in Japanese and English, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. * Document Verification & Compliance: Review, translate, and validate Japanese-language accounting documents, tax invoices, and statutory records to ensure compliance with Japanese regulations. * Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary Japanese-language contact for vendor queries, exception resolution, and coordination with Japan-based stakeholders. * Month-End Support & Audit Readiness: Assist with closing activities, reconciliations, and audit documentation requiring Japanese language interpretation. ## Qu
