Japanese language proficiency, B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance), 3–5 years of experience in MNC/Shared Services/BPO, Interpret financial documents in Japanese and English, Working knowledge of Invoice to Pay processes, Clear written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English

Process Travel & Expense claims
Review Japanese-language accounting documents
Translate Japanese-language accounting documents
Validate Japanese-language accounting documents
Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations
Act as primary Japanese-language contact for vendor queries
Resolve vendor exceptions
Coordinate with Japan-based stakeholders
Assist with closing activities
Assist with reconciliations
Assist with audit documentation
