Must Have

Relevant education in engineering or a related field. Experience with technical support and CMMS administration preferred. Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and operation in a critical environment. Knowledge of CMMS platforms (e. g. , AssetEssentials, Maximo, SAP PM, etc. ) and related software applications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.

Experience with technical support and CMMS administration preferred.

Act as the secondary point of contact and expert on CMMS-related issues. Collaborate closely with the customer's Global CMMS Support team regarding CMMS's ongoing operation and development. Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement of CMMS tools. Assist in communicating changes in CMMS processes, procedures, or system configurations to users to ensure compliance with operational requirements. Coordinate with site management to align PM and Non-PM plans. Manage user access in CMMS. Update and maintain CMMS to ensure compliance with the customer's CMMS standards.
