Taking charge of entire Civil maintenance activity in building and supporting the Key Account Manager/ your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. Your key deliverables will be to: # * To take care of the civil maintenance work, both internal and external to the buildings * To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule. * Repair and plaster work on floor/wall/ceiling. * Replacing stones on the walls/floors * Painting and polishing as required. * Repair/Replacement of facade glass. * Repair all seepage/cracks developed on the walls/ceiling. * Function ability of all sewerage systems/ storm water system. * Ensure safety while working and adhering to the safety norms. * Preparation of BOM for civil work. * Allocating work to a team of fitters * Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time **** **Site dynamics:** 1\.
