Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (or equivalent experience), Understanding of trade credit insurance market, Working knowledge of risk underwriting principles, Working knowledge of claims processes, Proven experience leading, coaching or supervising a team, Demonstrated account management experience, Experience operating within a regulated environment, Solid understanding of compliance and governance requirements, Client focus, Commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes, Excellent communication skills, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Excellent negotiation skills, Highly organised, Ability to prioritise effectively, Ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Accuracy, Personal accountability, Ability to collaborate effectively, Proficient in CRM systems, Comfortable working with data to inform decision-making
