Our mission is to make Latin America a technology superpower by training individuals and organizations in areas like AI, Software Development, Cybersecurity, English, Leadership, and Business. We operate mostly remote, with team members across Latin America and key hubs in Bogotá, Mexico City, and San Francisco. ### What we’re looking for We’re looking for an **SMB Sales Executive** to generate revenue for Platzi by acquiring new SMB customers and managing renewals and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who can qualify opportunities, run discovery, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals. We’re looking for someone fast, organized, commercially sharp, and accountable for their pipeline performance. You’ll work with small and medium businesses across LATAM, managing opportunities from multiple channels and helping customers find the right Platzi solution while maintaining a healthy and realistic pipeline. **Requirements** ### What you’ll be doing * Manage assigned leads within the defined SLA. * Qualify opportunities based on fit, need, urgency, budget, and decision-making authority. * Prioritize leads with real buying intent and disqualify opportunities without clear commercial fit. * Run discovery calls and commercial demos with founders, People leaders, HR, L&D, Finance, Operations, and business owners. * Send clear proposals with product scope, pricing, licenses, validity, and next steps. * Handle objections, negotiate, and move deals to close. * Complete contract, compliance, or purchase order processes when needed. * Manage renewals for the assigned portfolio. * Contact customers before contract expiration and identify upsell or expansion opportunities. * Detect churn risks and coordinate action with the Succe
