Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, billing operations, finance operations, subscription management, customer operations, or a related analytical role, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Exceptional attention to detail, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, Experience working with CRM, billing, ERP, payment processing, or subscription management platforms, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience supporting subscription-based, recurring revenue, SaaS, streaming, media, telecommunications, or technology businesses, Familiarity with Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Chargebee, Zuora, HubSpot, or similar platforms
What You'll Do.
Manage recurring billing processes
Ensure customer accounts are accurately configured and billed
Process account activations
and reconcile invoices
Monitor billing activity
Identify discrepancies
and revenue leakage risks
Conduct regular audits of commercial venue accounts
Verify customer eligibility and subscription entitlements
Identify and investigate compliance issues
Resolve account discrepancies
Maintain data integrity
Support compliance initiatives
Perform reconciliations related to partner programs
Validate customer billing and subscription data against partner
Support financial and operational reconciliation processes
Investigate variances
Resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external partners
Assist in preparing partner reporting and revenue-related analyses
Support operational processes associated with customer onboarding
Maintain accurate customer
Ensure account changes are executed accurately and efficiently
Support customer account reviews
Support operational quality assurance initiatives
Reconcile billing platform activity with CRM
Support month-end close activities
Support revenue reporting
Support audit requests
Support financial reconciliations
Investigate revenue variances
Ensure timely resolution of revenue variances
Maintain operational controls and documentation
Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
and opportunities for improvement
Deliver actionable insights
Improve operational efficiency
Improve customer experience
Improve revenue performance
Support ad hoc reporting
Support strategic business initiatives
Serve as a liaison between Finance
Troubleshoot billing-related issues
Support system enhancements
