The Role: The Small Medium Business Account Manager is responsible of managing a portfolio of SMB accounts located in UAE, comprising both independents and multi-site brands. The SMB Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with these partners, will lead the delivery agenda with the partners to ensure they are operating with brilliant basics and execute on joint initiatives that drive sustainable growth for both Deliveroo and the partners. The SMB Account Manager must able to resolve all day to day issues and problem solve independently, seeking advice for more complex problems, Proactively identify focus areas, growth levers and inefficiencies in its portfolio to drive scalable actions and implement solutions against multiple Partners.
