Solid experience from account management, sales, customer success or business development., Experience leading commercial team members, setting goals, coaching on performance and holding them accountable for results., Analytical skills and commercial acumen - you are comfortable using dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance data to make decisions., Excellent relationship builder who collaborates across Marketing, Operations and Support to deliver outcomes., High ownership, bias for action, and a humble, collaborative leadership style., Fluent Danish and English skills, both written and spoken.

Translating Wolt’s commercial strategy into day-to-day execution
Ensuring the team knows where to focus
and how to deliver consistently
and developing six SMB Account Managers managing restaurant partners across Denmark
Supporting your team in building robust relationships with partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
Driving commercial performance across GOV growth
and other strategic priorities
Supporting team in commercial negotiations and operational problem-solving
Building a high performance
high ownership team through clear priorities
performance follow-up
and ongoing collaboration
Leading by example by demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors
creating a positive work environment that enables the team to thrive and grow
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborates across Marketing, Operations and Support to deliver outcomes.; Work closely with the wider Danish AM team, including Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Managers, as well as Sales, Merchant Services, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Ads & Promotions, Wolt Drive and Storefront.
Communication Scope
Fluent Danish and English skills, both written and spoken.
