Must Have
2–4 years of success in high-volume, full-cycle sales or as a top-performing Senior SDR in SaaS, Proven record of converting outbound leads into closed deals within 45 days or less, Driven by goals and outcomes—comfortable working with metrics and accountability, Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple conversations and deals at once, Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by every “no” sharpens your next “yes., Clear, persuasive communicator who tailors messaging to SMB audiences, Confident using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Nice to Have
Familiarity with SaaS or wellness/fitness technology is a plus, Understanding of APIs, integrations, or cloud-based tools that strengthen value storytelling
