In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the installation of new SmartStock sites and enhancing existing ones, ensuring seamless integration and maximum customer adoption. Acting as the vital link between internal teams, customers, and external partners, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role will include travelling to client sites to support with the stock inventories. You will oversee the effective implementation of new SmartStock installations and the development of existing SmartStock sites. This role involves managing all aspects of the implementation process and ongoing site management, ensuring maximum customer adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and ensuring the seamless integration of SmartStock solutions into client operations. Key Responsibilities: * Implementing, mobilising and on-going maintenance of SmartStock Solution installations. * Acting as the liaison between the internal SmartStock co-ordinators, Rexel, Inventor-e and customer to ensure that all required tasks and milestones are met to hit implementation date. · * Co-ordinating with the Customer, Internal SmartStock Co-ordinators and Branch Colleagues project manage multiple implementations simultaneously across designated areas. · * Delivering of all relevant Key Performance Indicators,
