【Background】 Our company is driving the transition to Lights-Off (fully unmanned) factory operations in semiconductor back-end manufacturing. In addition to standardizing AMRs, OHT, and MES, we aim to reduce manual, labor-dependent processes through the introduction of humanoid robots. This hiring is to strengthen our team and accelerate the transition from PoC to mass‑production deployment. This role offers deep involvement in on-site implementation, with broad ownership from PoC through full production rollout.
