**About Us** Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs. **Role Overview** We are looking for **Japanese-speaking** professionals with experience in **running or supporting small businesses (e.g., bakery, beauty salon, barber shop, clothing shop, etc)** to join an AI evaluation project focused on real-world business operations. You will work on assessing how effectively modern AI systems handle practical SMB scenarios across areas such as customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research. In this role, you will create realistic business prompts, interact with multiple AI systems, and evaluate the quality of their outputs. The work involves reviewing both text and visual content, analyzing AI-generated responses, and providing structured feedback based on usefulness, clarity, and accuracy. Strong understanding of **small business workflows** , **AI tools** , and **business problem-solving** is highly valued. **CONTRACT:** Contractor assignment (10-week project) **COMMITMENT:** 20-40 hours/week with minimum 4 hours PST overlap **LOCATION:** Remote — Monaco, Senegal, Cameroon, Morocco, Tunisia, French Guiana **PROCESS:** 1 short interview **NOTE** : You must be able to upload supporting documents such as marketing visuals and content, business document processes, CRM workflows, budget planning, market analysis etc. in order to make the AI prompts realistic **Responsibilities** * Create realistic prompts based on common small business situations and goals * Interact with multiple AI chatbots and compare response quality * Evaluate outputs based on **accuracy** , **clarity** , **usefulness** , and business relevance * Review AI-generated visual and written business content * Assess workflows involvi
