Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, Experience in managing staff and leading business teams, U. S. Citizenship is required, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. (Secret) security clearance

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

partner with the SM-3 CFO, Program leaders, and functional partners; interface with the Program Area Director, PAD CFO, Program Director, Program Managers, Customer PCO, Customer EVMS / Cost Control Managers, DCMA, Supply Chain, Operations, Production Control and Contracts Managers; Lead a team of 20+ finance professionals across the U. S.; Partner with the SM-3 IB Program Leader and Shipboard Missiles Finance leader; Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and lead teams to success

Communication Scope

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Process & Methodology
