You will provide high-quality support to Slovak-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and effectively. ### Your Role As a Slovak Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across various channels. Your ability to communicate clearly in Slovak will help us build strong relationships with our customers and improve their overall experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency. * Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up appropriately. * Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. * Stay current on company products, policies, and updates to offer precise solutions. * Contribute ideas to improve support processes and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus. * Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software. * Positive, proactive mindset and a willingness to collaborate within a team. * Ready to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance. **Benefits** 1.
