This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the travel and hospitality industry, providing excellent service to Slovak-speaking customers and helping them with their accommodation reservations. ### Key Responsibilities * Assist Slovak-speaking clients with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat. * Provide clear and accurate information about properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies. * Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and professionally. * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in Booking.com's reservation system. * Collaborate with team members to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. * Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. * Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to use online booking and CRM systems effectively. * Capable of handling stressful situations with patience and professionalism. * Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance may be available. * Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team. **Benefits** 1.
